Mr. <br />Brennan did not have a problem with the Ord.iuance if the safety forces did not have concems. <br />The members believed this could be passed contingent upon a review by the safety forces. <br />R. Tallon motioned to reconsider and pass Ordinance 97-57 based upon the submittal to the <br />safety forces, both police and fire for their input and if they have no objections or can state any <br />reasons why the ordinance should not be adopted than planning commission has no objections. <br />The motion was seconded by A. Manning. Roll call on motion: R. Tallon; A. Manning; T. <br />Brennan; K O'Rourke and T. Herbster, yes. D. Cameron-Alston, no. <br />X. ADJOURNMENT: <br />R. Tallon motioned to excuse the absence of R. Koeth, seconded by A. Manniug and u.nanimously <br />approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
