simple. He stated that if the architect had called eithex Mr. Yager or himselt they could have given him
some of these suggestions, but he did not try. Mr. Zergott stated that this board is only a board of
recommendation, and he assumed that they presented this again so that they could just move on. He
stated that the board is happy with the used car office, and if they are not happy with the building, they
can send it on to planning commission. Mr. Stoyanov would like it be moved on with their blessing, and
he would like to continue to work out some details that would be more in line the thoughts that were
presented tonight. W. Lisy stated that they did call the architect, but he chose not to call them. Mr.
Liggett studied the floor plan, and stated that if there was a difference in height on the facade, or extra
banding going around claiming an entryway. He also suggested putting in some squares or accent panels
in the Dryvit along with the height difference in tlie facade which would help claim some kind of
entryway. Mr. Stoyanov would like to pursue this, but he would like the plans forwarded. Mr. Liggett
suggested that the architect could show something aud fax them to him so the members could see them.
B. Zergott moved to accept the Ganley BMMW proposal as presented with the new used car modular
ofl'ice and that the developers will make an effort to send some concepts to Mr. Liggett to show some
architectural features that can be brought into this building. The landscaping is approved and the
landscaping for the modular office will match that of the main dealership; and the modular office should
be moved back so there is a 10 foot courtyard between the wrought iron fence and building. It is also
recommended that the fence be pre-finished alwninum instead of steel. The motion was seconded by T.
Liggett, and unanimously approved.
Mr. Liggett clarified that the architectural features did not have to be a different color, and could be as
simple as an impression where the sun could create shadows. Mr. Rymarczyk asked that the developers
send a copy of the new elevation to either the clerk or the Building Department so that there a copy for
the record.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
The board had decided previously to take August as a vacation month.
VI. ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
, __r?
