Mr. Rymarczyk repeated that <br />drawings would have to be submitted before a permit can be issued, and they will have to wait to <br />see if the minor change is approved. If the minor change is approved and they decide not to re- <br />strip the parking lot, they will have to apply for a variance. Dr. Patel would like Mr. Ryan, the <br />Assistant Prosecutor, to advise his attorney exactly what is needed to be done. Mr. Rymarczyk <br />stated that he had told him what was needed and he would tell Mr. Ryan, but he was not sure that <br />the Mr. Ryan could get back to his attoniey. <br />M. Yager moved that Alexander's Restaurant, 30850 Lorain Road, proposal for a mansard roof <br />be approved as submitted with the following accommodation: that the mansard roof follow to the <br />north to the equipment build-out element and then continue the roof screen "A" the rest of the <br />way to the other gable at the northwest comer.
