SIGNS:
No items
IV. OLD BUSINESS:
Regarding the ground sign at Plaza West, Mr. Ebin reminded Mr. Spino that
the mast head is still on the sign, and questioned if the Building Denart-
ment could request them to remove it. Mr. Spino will check on it.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
1) Milton's North Coast Bistro, 26324 Lorain Road
Proposal to enclose existing porch. Driveway exiting
property through Arby's parking lot has been closed to provide more
parking. Building Commissioner Spino stated that 51 spaces are required
and 51 are being provided. Mr. Pattison pointed out that 50 are actually
shown on plan, but there would be room for one more. Mr. Georgalis, the
owner, explained that greenhouse addition will be placed in area where
open porch is existing and will be ins_talled on either side of the en-
trance way which will be covered with either a glass roof or a canopy
(continuous glass shown on plan). Mr. Spino advised that this porch
had been used for tables by the previous owner. Greenhouse will be tem-
pered glass (tinted on roof, clear on sides) with aluminium frames tinted
to match the brick on the existing building and on the new 32" foundation.
Since parking has been moved away from the building, Mr. Georgalis, advised
that he plans to plant flowers on the front and sides of the building (not
shown on plan). Mr. Sp_i:no explained to Mr. Pattison that since building
is existing, the 7' landscaped set back for parking is not required.
Floor plan shows 102 seats but plan is not to scale and some of these
seats may have to be removed. One wall sign on side of building will be
removed, front wall sign and pole sign will remain. There is a dumpster
