Mr. <br />Wilkes is considering cotoneaster and grass in the front landscaped <br />area. D. Pattison moved to approve as submitted with the alteration <br />that the south and east elevation be done in an integrally colored <br />masonry material, that the rear portion of the existing building be <br />painted to match that new material and that adequate wheel stops and <br />other protection be provided for the fencing so that it is not damaged <br />by the vehiclesa seconded by S.
