<br />? ..? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />MIPTUTES - FEBRUARY 27, 1986 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Kazak called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: New member R. Grace, J. Kazak, and B. Schulz <br />Mr. Grace advised that he had been sworn in by Mayor Petrigac <br />previously, <br />Absent: R. Burk <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner S. Spino and Recording Secretary B. <br />Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of November 21, 1985 were approved as read. <br />The Minutes of the special meeting held at the Corporate Center on December 6th <br />were corrected to delete sentence prior to the motion. The Minutes of <br />December 6, 1985 were approved as corrected. <br />III. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Schulz is concerned that the earth station which has been installed on the <br />Corporate Center roof is not at the location that the Board had approved and <br />it appears to be higher. The Board will get permission to view the installa- <br />tion, and will try to make an appointment to meet there at 10:30 a.m. on <br />March 8th. <br />Mr, Schulz also noted that Northeast Appliance had a working earth station in <br />their window. This had been suggested to Curtis Mathes, but they had been <br />unwilling to put it there because it-:would not receive all stations. <br />The Board would still like to get the ordinance regarding earth satellite <br />dishes revised, <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Elections of officers will be held at the next meeting. <br />1) Steve Swindell, sublot 303 Whitehaven, north of 5435. <br />Request permission to build house on a 50 foot lot ("C" Residential <br />District, minimum lot width required 60 feet) permanent parcel number <br />233-21-1. I3earing required by Ord. 2806 (any house being built on a 1ot <br />with a 50' front width or less, required the approval of the Board of <br />Building Code Appeals)e (Variance will be requested to exceed the maxi- <br />mum 70' front set back). <br />Chairman Kazak administered the oath to Charles and Jean Swindell, Steve <br />Swindell, and rieighbors, C. Kessler and C. Tyler. The neighbors prefer <br />to have a house on this 1ot and believe this•.house is appropriate to the
