UL?c <br />MIATUTES OF July 22, 1985 MEETING <br />PRESENT: Chairman Betty Lord, Sharon Fleming, Gloria;.Se11, Mike Patton., <br />Robert Huater, Bob Parry, Ju1ia Brown <br />Meetin,g was called to order by Chairman Lord at 8:00 p.m. <br />Ms. Trew sent a letter deleti ng time for Memorial Day, and changing one <br />date to correct her time sheet to 29 hours and 30 minutes. A motion <br />was made to pay Ms. Trew for her last week with the above adjustment, <br />it was seconded and approved. <br />Gloria Sell made a motion we send Ms. Trew a release for the City of <br />North Olmsted, and the North Olmsted Landmarks Commi ssion. After Ms. <br />Trew signs it and we receive it we will release her last paycheck. <br />She may mail the form to us or at her option bring it to the Finance <br />Department,. who upon receipt, will release her paycheck. It was <br />seconded by Bob Hunter and approved. Mike Patton will write the release <br />and send it to Ms. Trew tomorrow. <br />sc.ussion on Yxow to thank Chicago Title Company for their help. It was <br />decided to send Mr. Bill , Vice President, a Proclamation <br />from the City. Also a gift certificate to Sandy Less for $25.00 to <br />May CoMpany, for which a collection was taken. <br />The Work plan was reviewed. Mike Patton will go over CIG requirements to <br />see where we stand and what areas we lack, and a tentative time sahedule <br />for completing. <br />DISTRICTING: Gloria Sell made a motion ta begin the process to designate <br />Butternut Ridge.Road a!local-. historic district. It was seconded by Bob <br />Parry and unamimously approved. The boundaries will include all of <br />Butternut Ridge from Columbia Road to Lorain Road including the point <br />where the Marathon Station stands and also including the Porter Building. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 p.m. <br />Sharon Fleming, acting secretary
