<br />MINUTES OF MEETIPTG Juaae 20, 1985 <br />PRESENT: Vice-Chairman Robert Parry, Sharon Fleming, Robert Hunter, <br />Nlike Patton, Lois Van Auken, Julia Brown, Gloria Sell,, Yvonne <br />Petrigac _ <br />The aieeting was called to order by Vic.e cha±rman. Bob Parry at 7:50 p.m.. <br />The minwtes were read and unaminously app;roved. <br />IIpdate -on prvious intern Leslie Trew: Don;Copeland called Bob Parry <br />after receiving a phone call from Leslie Trew because she had not been <br />paid. She al.so call.ed the Finance Department. Don Copeland informEd <br />her she would be receiving a letter regarding her hours from the Commission. <br />Mike Patton stated he sent a letter to Ms. Tre.w on.June 1.4, 1985. The <br />Commiss.ion wi:ll not do anything further until we hear from Ms. Trew. <br />The question was brought up regarding materials Ms. Trew stated were at <br />the Arc:hiv7es waiting to be xeroxed. Judith Cetina was contacted who said <br />there were no materials and that Ms. Trew took everything with her <br />on the day she picked up the previous xeroxing. At that time she was <br />d there was nothing left to be xeroxed and she agreed that everything <br />gave them was with her. <br /> <br />New intern: Steve Mcquellin viewed and photographed 40 properties. Most <br />of them were before 1900, a few on Butternut Ridge were after 1900. <br />Mr. Franceveglia set up a meeting with the Commission and Don Copeland <br />at, 11:00 a.m. on June 26 at City Hall. ' <br />CDBG-Council will be meeting to discuss this and we will be kept informed. <br />New Business: Council is discussing fencing around the Cemetaries.
