<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECEMBER 10, 1985 <br />PAGE 2 <br />Mr. Sager and Mr. Alloway explained that phase 1 of the proposal consists <br />of an automobile repair facility and metal. storage building. The storage <br />building will be attached to a small frame building now on property. The <br />existing house in the front will remain until the later phases are com- <br />pleted. The entire complex will be completed in three phases and will <br />eventually include office space in storage building and two office/retail <br />buildings. Green areas will be left in front and buildings will be resi- <br />dential in character. B. Gorris moved to refer the Westin Centre at <br />30276 Lorain Road to the Architectural Review Board for their input, to <br />Engineering for their review, and to the Safety Department for their re- <br />view, seconded by E. Traczyk, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />No items. <br />V. COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Building Commissioner Gundy advised the Commission that he would be retiring <br />the first of the year. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />City Engineer Schaller presented the members with maps of the relocated <br />SR 252 and the surrounding property. Portion of roadway between interchange <br />and Butternut Ridge Road is limited access. <br />In reference to the Pick and Pay parking area as discussed at the last meet- <br />ing, Assistant Law Director Dubelko 'is still studying the situation and <br />will report to the Commission in January. <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Members will return the impact estimation process form to Mr. Burns by <br />December 21st for the next Transportation Study Committee meeting. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />B. Gorris moved to excuse the absence of J. Wixted, seconded by T.
