?- . <br />CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BQARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS <br />MTNUTES - JUNE 27, 1985 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Kazak called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present: R. Burk, J. Kasak, R. Puzzitiello. Mr. Schulz arrived at 7:55 p.m. <br />Absent: J. Patton <br />Also Present: Buildi.ng Commissioner E. Gundy (arrived after another meeting) <br />and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Puzzitiello moved to approve the Minutes of May 23, 1985 as presented, <br />seconded by R. Burk, and unanimously approved. <br />III. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1) C. & C. Realty, 27932 Lorain Rd., No. Olmsted, OH. <br />Request permission to move house from 27881 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted <br />to permanent parcel #235-12-51 & 52 (property assembled at Planning <br />Commission meeting on May 28, 1985), Sublot "B'? Porter Rd. Hearing <br />required Ord. 63-224. <br />Chairman Kazak administered the oath to Mr. Halleen, the developer, <br />Mr. Steiner and Mr. Cornish, neighbors. Proposal was explained: ditch <br />on front of property will be landscaped; driveway will be installed over <br />a bridge; breezeway and garage at present location will not be moved. <br />Inspection report was read stating that house would be suitable to <br />moved. The oath was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Bryk, neighbor, at <br />this time. They would like to see property developed since lot has ' <br />become a nuisance. Neighbors would like a culvert pipe instead of an <br />open ditch. This is a county ditch and would probably not be possible. <br />Mr. Halleen stated that they would leave as many of the trees as pos- <br />sible in front of the ditch. House will probably be moved through the <br />adjacent sublot A. House is a bungalow and is similar to other homes <br />in the neighborhood. R. Puzzitiello moved to accept the house move <br />from 27881 Lorain Rd. to permanent parcel #235-12-51 and 52, sublot B, <br />with the condition that the land surrounding house be brought to fin- <br />ished grade and ditch and property be landscaped presentably within one <br />year, seconded by R. Burk, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />Mr. and Mrs. Victor Sezonov had been requested by letter to appear before <br />the Board to advise when and how the front elevation of the house they <br />moved to 5201 Dover Center Road would be finished as approved. Mrs. <br />Sezonov stated that one of their original plans with a vestibule would not <br />be feasible. Board reminded them that several elevations had been pre- <br />sented to the Board at the time the house move was approved. Board studied
