He re- minded the Board that they had put n.o time limit on completion of the project. Mr. Sezonov stated that he did the work himself and was interested in quality, he would not have been able to complete the work any sooner. Mr. Sezonov stated for the record that he paid every penny the City asked him to, for the house, the permits, and bids, etc. If the Board want them to add anything extra, they will think about it, but they cannot promise to do it before they move in. Mr. Puzzitiello stated that the Board could hold up the occupancy permit until all requirements were met. Mr. Puzzitiello recommended that the occupancy permit be held up until the shrubs are in. Mr. Sezonov claimed that he had been asking for a final grade from the Engineering Department for the.past two days. Board viewed the house from the City Hall atrium. Mr. Seznov stated that he was going to put shrubs around the foundation to hide the line between the new brick and the old. R. Puzzitiello moved to recommend that the final occupancy be held up until the shrubs are installed, landscaping permit obtained, final grade approved and garage completed, all to be done'within three months, seconded by B. Schulz, Board discussed the shutters on the basement windows. Mr. Puzzitiello moved to amend his motion to include the installation of the shutters on the front basemerit windows. Mr. Schulz seconded the amendment and it was unanimously approved. . V. ADJOURNMENT: The meeti,ng was adjou7rned at 8;33 p.m. J. Kazak, Chairman B. Oring, Recording Secretary
