s <br />.. <br />? ° . CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW <br />MINUTES - APRIL 17, 1985 <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case.called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case, S. Ebin, and R. Mongello <br />Mr. Cavaluchi arrived at 4:07 p.m. <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />S. Ebin moved that the Minutes of March 20, 1985 be accepted as presented, <br />seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />S. Ebin moved that the Minutes of April 3, 1985 be accepted as presented, <br />seconded by M. Case, and unanimously approved. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />No items. <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />a) Great Northern Retail Shopping Plaza (Keeva J. Kekst), located between <br />Pick and Pay and Ameritrust Drive-thru office. <br />(Continued from special meeting of April 3, 1985). <br />Withdrawn by developer, plans to be revised and re-presented. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />a) The Eyeworks (Aumiller Youngquist), 26614 Lorain Rd. <br />Exterior alteration to existing building. <br />Mr. Page of Erie Gonstruction explained that the Eyeworks is suffering <br />from a lack of business because there is no front entrance and the <br />windows have a dark window film which gives the appearance that the <br />store is closed. They are now proposing to removed the windows and <br />brick up with matching brick. Front entrance and window will be in- <br />stalled; frames will be duronotic bronze and glass will probably be <br />clear. J. Cavaluchi moved that the plans be approved as submitted, <br />seconded by R. Mongello, and unanimously approved. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT: <br />The meeting was adjourned at 4:25 p.m. <br />M.
