Building is set back 70' <br />and with trees and landscaping will be almost obscured from street. <br />Building will tie sided with 28 gauge, pre-painted baked enamel in a <br />tan color all trim including vents will be in the same'brown tones;_ <br />asphalt roof:.'rwill also_be 'in earth ton.es. Doors will be white or dark <br />brown. Radi_ant heating is planned, no outside equipment is required. <br />Trash receptacle, if needed, will be in back. No signage is planned. <br />S. Ebin moved to approve plans as submitted, seconded by M. Case, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />a) Mc Donald's Qffice Building (Fremont-Mahler Assoc.), 28253 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct an addition <br />Heard by Planning Commission November 13, 1984. <br />Proposal was heard at this point. No representative was present. <br />Board studied plans and Planning Commission Minutes in which it was <br />stated that all materials would match the existing building. Board <br />had no problems or questions concerning the proposal. S. Ebin moved <br />to approve the McDonalds Office Building as submitted, seconded by M. <br />Case, and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Ebin questioned zf'., wal•1 signs,on Tom McManamon Heating and Ventil- <br />lation, located on Lorain Road,west of Clague,are legal. "TOM" is paint- <br />ed in large letters on three sides of the house and is lighted by flood <br />lights. This should be checked by the Building Department. <br />VI.
