ROLL CALL: <br />Chairwoman Case called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. <br />Present: M. Case, S. Ebin, and R. Mongello <br />Absent: J. Cavaluchi <br />Also Present: Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTTON OF MINUTES: <br />In the minutes of November 21, 1984, Mr. Ebin wished to clarify item on <br />Page 2, 4th paragraph, regarding McManamon Heating signs painted on house. <br />He stated that not only does he question the legality of the signs, he does <br />not think that they are attractive, and if City Council can do anything <br />about them, he would suggest that they do. The Board agrees that these signs <br />are gaudy and tacky. S. Ebin moved to accept the m;inutes of November 21, 1984, <br />as amended, seconded by T7. Case, Ro11 call on motion: Case and Ebin, Aye. <br />R. Mongello, abstained. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />No items <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No items. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS:. <br />a) Adon Equipment Company, 23904 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct storage building on rear of property. <br />Referred by Planning Commission December 11, 1984. <br />Mr. L. Durik, Arcfiitect, presented plans for the Stran steel pre- <br />engineered storage building; one side is open, three side are enclosed. <br />Metal roof will be galvalume (metal colored); siding will be a light <br />stone (light beige);; trim will be artic white. Building cannot be <br />seen from Lorain Road and wi11 be obscured from neighbors in rear by <br />existing trees. No additional security lighting is planned. Board <br />agreed that storing equipment inside will be a definite improvement. <br />S. Ebin moved to approve the Adon Equipment Company proposal as pre- <br />sented, seconded by R.
