Mr. Bower stated that the horses usually <br />get out at night and he is willing to leave the electrictiy off during the day. <br />Mr. Bugala stated that the fence was around the whole area, and could be dan- <br />gerous to others, not just the golfers. Mr. Remmel stated that horses can be <br />stabled at night thus eliminating the problem. R. Bugala moved to grant the <br />variance for Neil Bower, seconded by E. Graves. Roll call on motion: Bugala, <br />Graves, Remmel, Horvath, and Restifo, Nay. Motion failed to pass. Variance <br />denied. Mr. Bower asked if he could leave the wire up and just not connect <br />the electricity. This is agreeable if fence height conforms to code. <br />A letter was received from Planning Commission regarding variances being granted <br />for platting of land on commercial property.
