J. Burns moved to <br />disapprove Ord. 83-5 on the grounds that it is contrary to our previous <br />approval of Ords. 83-2 and 83-3 and as being contrary to our recom- <br />mendation of approval of Ords. 82-103 and 104 and that the public <br />notification is contained in 83-2 and 83-3, seconded by T. Morgan, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />Copy of letter from Councilman Woerpel to the Architectural Board of <br />Review requesting clarification of their memo to the BZD Committee <br />regarding guidelines for sign approvals. <br />VI, NEW BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Randall Perla is now on the Civil Service Commission. Chairman <br />Gorris will write a letter of commendation to him. <br />Mr. John Wixted, the new member, could not be present because of a <br />death in the family. He will be sworn-in before the next meeting. <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS: Chairman Gorris declared nominations were <br />open in order to elect officers of the Planning Commission for the <br />year 1983 as prescribed in Rules and Regulations of North Olmsted <br />Planning Commission, Section 2. <br />B. Gorris moved to nominate Mr. T. Morgan as Chairman, seconded by <br />J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. J. Brown moved that the <br />noninations be closed, seconded by J. Roberts. Mr. Morgan was elec=_ <br />ted Chairman unanimously. <br />J. Roberts moved to nominate Mr. J. Burns as Vice-Chairman, seconded <br />by J. Brown, and unanimously approved. B. Gorris moved that the <br />nominations be closed, seconded by J. Roberts. Mr. Burns was elected <br />Vice Chairman unanimously. <br />T. 14organ moved to nominate J. Brown as secretary, seconded by B. <br />Gorris, and unanimously approved. J. Roberts moved that the nomin- <br />ations be closed, seconded by J. Burns. Mrs. Brown was elected <br />Secretary unanimously. <br />B. Gorris moved to reaffirm Mrs. Brown as representative to the Land- <br />marks Commission, seconded by J.
