Gentlemen: $4
0
I own the property immediately to the north of the above
P styled parcels.
I suspect, generally speaking, no one.:..wishes to be subject to
the problems inherent with residing next to God kriows what kind of
commercial facility: At ariy- rate, -my -objections to°-the-proposed
rezoning are serious and I wish them to be entered on the record
of proceedings and considered by the commission.
They are:
1. The parcel located on the northwest corner of the inter-
section of Brookpark Road extension ancl Dover Road is
occupied by one of the more substantial residences in
' the area. It is this parcel which is the key. Dover
- Road north of the intersection of Brookpark Road extension
is residential and the rezoning of the above referred to
! residence-occupied parcel would-indeed destroy the integ-
rity of the area for residential purposes.
2. The traffic flow, the control of the same and patterns
established thereby are a mess. I have found it impossible
. to exit my drive on any number of occasions. Widening the
; road will, not alleviate the flow of traffic nor probably
will more severe traffic controls eliminate the problems
that are inherent. To allow a commercial entity on those-
requested parcels would be catastrophic in nature, resulting
in far.; more serious problems than those currently in
existence, which indicentally, have never been adequately
addressed.
