MI1VU'1'ES OF LANllAAHKS COMMISSION <br />MEETING OF SEYTEMBER 26, 1983 <br />(Special Meeting) <br />Yresent: Chairman Betty Lord, Marlene Orzechowski, Gloria Sell, <br />llale Wunderle, Robert Hunter, ratrick Patton, Lois Van <br />Auken, Dwayne Woerpel, Julia Brown <br />Also present: iAr. Robert C. Gaede, Dale Serne, Don Copeland and <br />Councilmen Ronald Wilamosky & Dean McKay (during <br />portion of inspection) <br />Meeting was calleci to order by Chairman Betty Lord at 8:30 p.m. <br />The purpose of this meeting was to meet with the architects and <br />to make a thorough inspection of Town Halla <br />The following items were given iAr. Gaede: <br />1. Copies of Landmarks letter of April.25, 1983, outlining <br />recommendations of this commission <br />2. Copy of original blue prints of Town Hall <br />3a Fact Sheet of Town Hall distributed at meetinQ April 14 <br />llon Copeland advised that CllBG funds for the ramp were available <br />and iflr. Gaede will proceed with the necessary steps to get this <br />under way. <br />Access to the basement area was available and inspection made. <br />It was mentioned the drainage problem in the basement could be <br />costly, maybe in the neighborhood of $10,000 to $15,000. <br />Mr. Gaede also reported that the necessary work may be accomplished <br />to possibly have the public hearing in March, April or May. <br />Meeting was adjourned at 10:50p.m. <br />Julia K. ]3rown, Secy.
