Gareau administered the oath of office to Mrs. <br />Brown for her second term. _ <br />Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. <br />Present: J. Burns, T. Morgan, J. Roberts, J. Brown, and <br />B. Gorris <br />Absent: R. Perla and J. Prokasy <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Building Commissioner <br />E. Gundy, Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott, <br />Councilmen R. jdilamosky and D. Woerple, and <br />Recording Secretary B. Oring. II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />T. Morgan moved to approve the Minutes of December 8, 1981 as <br />submitted, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: Heard by the Architectural Board of Review 12/14/81. <br />The signs were discussed in conjunction with the Architect- <br />ural Board of Review Minutes of December 18, 1982. In ref- <br />erance to the Chuck E. Cheese sign the Architectural Board <br />had approved the sign with the condition that a future store <br />in the unoccupied bay will be limited to a wall sign only. <br />Law Director-M. Gareau advised that the leasee of:the un- <br />occupied portion would"still be entitled to appeal to the <br />Board of Zoning Appeals for a variance, regardless of this <br />condition of the Architectural Board of Review's condition. <br />J. Brown moved to approve the Rube Adler Sporting Goods <br />replacement faces in the existing pole sign'and the Chuck <br />E. Cheese Pole sign request with the variance granted 12/2/81 <br />but without the condition of the Architectural Board of <br />Review, seconded by T. Morgan, and unaninously approved. <br />(2) North Olmsted Party Center, 29271 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal to construct an addition <br />Heard by the Architectural Board of Review December 14, 1981 <br />Mr. Gundy stated that in the original presentation to Plan- <br />ning Commission (December 8, 1982) he had led the Commission <br />
