Draeger, Architect, explained that this will be a 9600
sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building (it has not been de-
termined if it will be aluminum or steel). About half the
building will be for office and meeting rooms, and the bal-
ance will be warehouse. The front and about half of the side
elevations will be faced with colonial blend brick. Since
most of the sales_people are women, the parking area will be
well lighted but designed to minimize light polution. Mr.
Parry suggested that some down lighting be installed on the
building. There are no landscap.e plans, but the owner will
leave as many existing trees as possible. The Board would
like to see a landscape plan and also a record of what trees
wi11 be left. An underground retention system is planned and
will drain into an existing ditch. A lift station will be
required for the sanitary sewer since the property is low.
No signage is planned as yet and will have to be approved
later. Mr. Draeger pointed out that if screening is installed
