The land-
scap.e and parking plans are acceptable. R. Parry moved to ap-
prove the remodeling plans for the Pecorelli and Conti proposal
with the following recommendations: 1) the western most green-
house be either raised above the angled roof line or dropped
below the peak of the westerly roof line approximately 2'.
2) Face the existing cut stone with the cedar siding to match
the other cedar siding. 3) Delete the cedar siding on the
west elevation and cap the removed brick wing wall with the
wood trim. 4) Recommend reshingling the western roof of the
existing garage with new roofing to match the new portion,
seconded by S. Ebin,°.and unanimously approved. S. Ebin moved
to accept the signs as presented, seconded by R. Parry, and
unanimously approved.
(2) Suburban Auto Body (Mongello & Assoc.), 4960 Dover Center Rd.
Addition of storage area to auto body shop
K. Leo of Mongello & Associates and A. Papato, the owner, ex-
plained that the 36' by 32' concrete brick building has been
reduced in size since the variance was granted. Mr. Leo had
no sample of the two-toned tinted concrete brick. It was
pointed out that there would be fo u'r exterior materials on
the building. The roof shingles will match the existing roof.
The Board has no problems with the design, but would like to
see a sample of all materials. S. Ebin moved to approve the
Suburban Auto Body plans as presented with the exception of
the approval of the concrete brick as the outside wall until
the Board can actually see a sample of it, perhaps at the
next meeting or whenever it can be brought in, seconded by
R. Parry, and unanimously approved. After some discussion
regarding the developers having to attend all further meetings
twice, it was decided to change the motion. R. Parry moved
to reconsider the previous motion, seconded by S. Ebin, and
unanimously approved. R. Parry moved to call a question on
the original motion to approve the Suburban Auto Body plans.
Parry, Ebin, and Case, Nay. Motion failed to pass. S.
