ROLL CALL: <br />Vice-Chairman Patton called the meeting to oxder at 7:35 p.m. <br />Present: J. Patton, R. Tallon, and R. Puzzietiello <br />Absent: B. Schulz <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner E. Gundy and Recording Secretary <br />B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of May 28, 1981 were approved as'submitted <br />III. NEW BUSINESS: <br />No Items <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS: <br />(a) Continued from Ma}= 28, 1981. Women's Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Cleveland. Re property located at Sublot 9-D, <br />6928 Stearns Rd. <br />Requests a Stay of Demolition Order <br />Building Commissioner E. Gundy advised the Board that Law Director <br />M. Gareau has requested another continuation of the Stay of Demo- <br />lition order for Women's Federal since the property is being <br />transferred to Women's Federal and repairs should be completed <br />shortly. Mr. Gareau had notified the neighbors of this (none were <br />present). R. Tallon moved that the Women's Federal Savings and <br />Loan Association of Cleveland's Stay of Demolition Order be <br />continued until July 23, 1981 at the recommendation of the Law <br />Director, seconded by R. Puzzietiello, and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Gundy advised the Board that if the work is started prior to <br />the next meeting he will notify the Board. <br />V.
