Wright requested permission to move a single family residence <br />from 25391 Butternut Ridge Road to Permanent Parcel 323-11-21. Mr. <br />Lupica of 27588 Butternut Ridge Road advised the Board of his approval <br />but was unable to attend the meeting. The Board approved the house <br />move. <br />MAY 27, 1982 <br />The Board approved a request by Pick and Pay Food Palace, Great Nor- <br />thern Plaza, to use Svec split block on their new building at Great <br />Northern Plaza. <br />The Board approved the use of stucco exterior walls for the new Chi <br />Chi`s Restaurant being constructed at Great Northern Plaza. <br />The Brooks Electrical Sign Co., which had their license #413 revoked, <br />appealed to the Board. This was then withdrawn by appellant until <br />•June 24, 1983. <br />The Board discussed some of the amendments to the One and Tao Family <br />IJwelling Codes. Mr. Gundy was concerned with the manner in which <br />lumber was being graded. The Board wi11 discuss the changes at <br />greater length at the October meeting. <br />JUI,Y 22, 1982 • <br />Roppo's Hair Salon, 4905 Dover Center Rd. requested the use of a <br />stucco material on his building remodeling. The Board approved the <br />material if the stucco is applied per specifications in Section 503.3 <br />of the One and Tao Family Dwelling Code. <br />William Given asked for approval of a building constructed of block <br />and sealed with paint. The Board rejected this material. Mr. Given <br />agreed to use Svec split Block and the Board approved his request. <br />The building sie is 30948 Bradley Road. <br />The Board discussed having the Sign Ordinance rephrased to stipulate <br />a fee to be levied if a sign is installed without getting proper <br />approval. <br />In reference to the May meeting, the Board decided to draft a letter <br />to the Law Department requesting that the ordinance be rewritten so <br />that a fine could be levied and the City can make the contractor re- <br />move a sign installed without prior approval until such sign is ap- <br />proved.
