J <br />1 <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OCTOBER 7, 1981 PAGE 3 <br />7. Paul & Nancy Kartowich, Property located between 23980 and <br />24020 Elm Rd. - Request for variance (1133.13). Request for <br />78 sq. ft. variance to build house in "C" residential area. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1153.03. Also request 5' <br />variance for distance between house and adjacent garage. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151004C. <br />Chairman Remmel called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. Mr. Kartowich explained that he <br />placed the house so that he could save as many of.the existing <br />trees as possible and that,since there was very little storage <br />room.;• he needed the larger garage. Mr. Gundy stated that he <br />needed the larger, garage doors in.order to make the swing into <br />the garage. W. Wasniak moved to grant the variance, seconded <br />by R. Bugala, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m. <br />C. Remmel, Chairman B. Oring, Recoi3LZing Secretary
