After a brief discussion it was de- <br />cided that the garage could be placed where no variance would be <br />necessary. Mr. DePew decided to withdraw his request. <br />5. Mr. & Mrs. W. J. Rliine, Jr. 3390 & 3402 Clague Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request to subdivide 1 parcel <br />into 2- the single parcel now exists with 2 single residences <br />located thereon. Request for variance for less than 60' frontage <br />(C Residential Area). Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1153.02. <br />Also request Special Permit concerning non-conforming location of <br />residences on property (less than 15' between dwellings). Special <br />permission required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. It was explained that the two houses <br />on one lot are now non-conforming. The only variance is for less <br />than 60' frontage. The setbacks are all conforming. L. Horvath <br />moved to grant the variance and the Special Permit, seconded by <br />C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. Variance and Special Permit <br />granted. <br />6. Anthony A. Moraco, 23950 Birch Lane <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 20" sideyard variance for <br />fireplace. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1161.01. Also request <br />Special Permit to add to non-conforming dwelling. Special permission <br />required Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. L. Horvath moved to grant the variance, <br />seconded by W. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. <br />7. David 0. Skinner, 5920 Decker Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 11' rear yard variance (10" <br />rear yard variance granted 5/22/74) for patio- enclosure. Rear set <br />back will be 29'. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. <br />The oath was administered. There was a 10' variance granted when <br />the house was built, and with the patio enclosure only a 29' rear <br />yard would be left. Mrs. Skinner staeed that they were next to a <br />vacant lot with standing water and were unable to use the patio; <br />because of the mosquitoes.
