, <br />ft BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS JANUARY 7, 1981 PAGE 3 <br />meeting, Mr. Ledvina stated that the Board had taken into con- <br />sideration the confusion that had been caused by the ruling made <br />on December 3, 1980 and will give special consideratipn to the <br />applications that had been filed prior to December 3, 1980. <br />Chairman Ledvina moved to approve the variances for the pole sign <br />of Northeast Appliance, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously <br />approved. Variances granted. <br />Chairman Ledvina then reopened Case #3, Diamond Trading Co. since <br />the application was dated November 10, 1980. C. Remmel moved to <br />reconsider the application of Diamond Trading Co., seconded by <br />L. Horvath, and unani_mously approved. C. Remmel moved to approve <br />the variance of Diamond trading Co., seconded by L. Horvath, and <br />unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />It was determined that Case #2 had been filed December 9, 1980 and <br />would not be reconsidered. <br />It was then requested that copies of the ruling be distributed <br />with the Sign Ordinance by the Building Department. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m. <br />0) <br />66 d <br />D.
