Parry, and unanimously approved.
(b) Zergott Storage Building, 29857 Lorain Rd.
Landscape Storage Building
Mr. Zergott explained the location and plans. This will be
a pole type structure 30 x 72 feet, with gold siding, brown
roof, and white trim which is similiar to the house and
existing building on the property. This structure will be
some distance from Lorain Road. R. Parry moved to approve
the Zergott Landscape Storage Building as submitted, seconded
by R. Mongello, and unanimously approved.
(c) National City Bank Building, Northeast corner of W. 231 and
Lorain Rd. ( Rini Property).
Mr. R. Broida, Architect, explained the plans. The building
will be the standard architecture of the brancl_c banks and be-
cause it will be visable from all sides, the mechanical fixtures
will be concealed. The lighting will be placed in the planter
beds, and under the canopy, and the one existing mercury light
pole will be relocated. The minutes of the previous Planning
Commission hearings were studied. Mr. Parry stated that if
there was a possibility of W. 231 being widened it would be
advisable to move the western driveway on Lorain Rd to the
east. This would also alleviate congestion at the auto-teller
exit. There will be 2 auto teller windows and stacking for
about 12 cars. R. Parry moved to approve the National City
Bank P1ans of 7/14/81 as submitted, the building plans, site
lighting plans, signage, and the site plan with the following
recommendations: that the north easterly parking space be elim-
inated and circular curve be installed connecting the two ex-
isting drives 2) that the westerly entrance of the shopping area
be relocated approximately 55' to the east to a line with the
parking isleway and the existing apron be replaced with parking
so as not to create a congested exit and entrance way immediately
at the exit of the drive-in windows, seconded by R. Mongello,
and unanimously approved. After further exarninations of the
plans (after Mr. Broida left the meeting) Mr. Parry moved
to ammend the motion to recommend that the six parking spaces on
the south side be placed at 90 degrees to Lorain Rd., seconded by
R. Mongell, and unanimously approved.
Mr. Parry would like the Board to develop a hand book to recommend
