ROLL CALL: <br />Vice Chairman Morgan called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: R. Bugala, T. Morgan, J. Prokasy, and J. Brown. <br />Absent: R. Perla, J. Roberts, and B. Gorris. <br />Also Present: Assistant Law Director D. Ryan, Assis'tant City <br />Engineer D. McDermott, Building Commissioner <br />E. Gundy, and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Minutes of April 14th were corrected on Page 2, the last <br />line to add the word be. Should read .....would be off <br />Clague Road... J. Prokasy moved to approve the Minutes of <br />April 14, 1981 as corrected, seconded by R. Bugala, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: <br />The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with <br />the Architectural Board of Review Minutes of April 20, <br />1981. R. Bugala moved to accept signs a-f (sign g was <br />tabled by the ARB) as approved by the Architectural <br />Board of Review of April 20, 1981, seconded by J. Brown, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />(2) The Party Shop (A. Karouzas), 27600 Lorain Rd. <br />Building Commissioner Gundy explained the proposal <br />and the recommendations of the Architectural Board of <br />Review. The architect, J. Blough, stated they they were <br />in agreement with the Architectural Board with the ex- <br />ception of repainting the existing roof since the roof <br />to the addition in the rear will not be visible from <br />the street. R. Bugala moved to approve the Party Shop <br />addition as stated by the Architectural Board of Review <br />with the exception of the requirement of repainting the <br />existing roof, seconded by J. Prokasy, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />No Items
