ROLL CALL: <br />- Chairman Gorris called the Meetingto order at 8:00 p.m.. <br />?Present R. Bugala, T. Morgan, R. Perla, J. Brown and B.'Gorris <br />=Absent:' J. Prokasy and J. Roberts ' , _.. <br />Also Presentc Building Commissioner E. Gundy, Assistant=-City <br />Engineer D. McDermott, Assistant Law Director <br />D. Ryan, and Recording Secretary B. Oring <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />- D. McDermott corrected the.Minutes of May 12, 1981 as follows: <br />: `first page,,last paragraph, starting at the fifth-line should <br />,- read ".,700'.and the Code allows. a maximum,of 500', and one <br />.. <br />point on the cul-de-sac ....",(delete,other);-the last line <br />' should read "... that this non-conforming situation (cul-de-sac '. <br />length.and diameter)is possibly not an item..." T. Morgan moved <br />to accept the Minutes of May 12, 1981 as corrected,.seconded by <br />J. Brown, and-unanimously approved. <br />III BUILDING"DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />(1) Signs: <br />The signs were studied and discussed in conjunction with the <br />Architectural Board of Review Minutes of May 18, 1981.- R. <br />. Bugala moved--to accept the signs (a) through (c) as indicated <br />-by.the Architectural Board of Review, seconded by R. Perla, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />(2) The Store Building Co. The Plaza (A. Dindia), Northwest <br />.corner of Lorain and West. 231 St. <br />Returned for the Architectural Board of Review May 18,.1981 <br />Proposal to build retail stores <br />• `'The Commi'ssion studied the plans and the recommendations of the - Architectural Board of Review. Mr. Dindia is in agreement with <br />these recommendations, however the revised plans, are not avail- <br />able at this time. The Planning Commision had requested a re- <br />port from the Safety Department regarding traffic flow (ingress <br />and egress) and the accessibility for safety equipment-which has <br />'not;been received. T. Moxgan moved to approve the Store Building <br />Department Plans'for The Plaza by:the Planning Commission con- <br />sistant with the recommendations of the Architectural Board of
