J. Prokasy pointed out that the City cannot arbi- <br />trarily reject the proposal without due cause. R. Bugala <br />moved to put the National City 8ank Building in committee until <br />it is reviewed by the Safety Department and,the Engineering <br />Department for their review of.the parking spaces on the <br />east side of the property as pertains to.the truck traffic, <br />and the traffic flow on West 231 St. and Lorain Road as it <br />pertains to the Dindia property (Store Building Co.), the <br />existing property, and the proposed bank, seconded by R. Perla, <br />and unanimously approved. <br />(b) Milton's Family Restaurant (added to agenda), 26324 Lorain Rd. <br />(Heard by the Architectural Board of Review at the Special <br />Meeting of June 8, 1981). <br />The plans were studied in conjunction with the Architectural <br />Board of Review Minutes of June 8, 1981. Mr. G. Georgalis <br />and his architect, G. Draeger were in agreement with all the <br />recommendations. R. Bugala moved to accept the Milton's <br />Family Restaurant plans as recommended by the Architectural <br />Board of Review, seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />J. Prokasy moved to.approve the Milton's Family Restaurant <br />pole and wall signs, as recommended by the Architectural Board <br />of Review, seconded by R. Perla, and unanimously approved. <br />IV.
