CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />MINUTES - JULY 30, 1981 <br />Chairman Gorris called the meeting to order at 6;45 p.m. <br />Present: R. Bugala, T. Morgan, R. Perla, J. Prokasy, J. Roberts, <br />J. Brown, and B. Gorris. <br />Also Present: J. Dubelko, Assistant Law Director <br />After viewing the plans of the Great Northern Shopping Office <br />Complex at the Great Northern offices, the members of Planning <br />Commission met at City Hall. <br />J. Prokasy moved to take the Great Northern Office Complex, <br />Preliminary Plan, out of committee and into discussion, seconded <br />by T. Morgan, and unanimously approved. <br />After a short discussion, J. Roberts moved to approve and refer <br />to Council the preliminary plans of the Great Northern Office <br />Complex, located east of Great Northern Blvd. and north of <br />Country Club Blvd., seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously - <br />approved. <br />R. Perla moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by R. Bugala, and <br />unanimously-approved. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:51 p.m. <br />? <br />B. Gorris, Chairman J. Brown, Secretary
