e <br />? <br />PLANNING COrJMISSI0N OCTOBEK 13, 1981 PAGE 3 <br />1) the propriety and legality concerning Block "A" as platted, <br />2) opinions concerning the potential land-locking of the <br />Mathies property, 3) if it is in the purview of the Planning <br />Commission to approve the cul-de-sac street which exceeds <br />500' in length, the maximum length dictated by the Platting <br />Ordinance 4) whether or not this is a new plat.submission that u? <br />must meet the current Ordinances, specifically Ord. <br />or does it fall under the June 5th letter from the Law De- <br />partmentaddressing the 7515 Company, seconded by T. Morgan, <br />Roll Call on Motion: Prokasy, Morgan, Roberts, Brown and <br />Gorris, Aye. R. Perla abstained. <br />(1) Christ The King Community Rezoning Request <br />Heard at this time <br />Mr. Quaintance and the architect explained that after study- <br />ing the Regional Planning Commission Report and the Zoning <br />Ordinances of North Olmsted,they are requesting that Plan- <br />ning Commission retain their proposal in Committee while they <br />apply to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a Special Permit to <br />build a Church related facility on this parcel of land. R. <br />Perla moved to retain the Christ The King Community proposal <br />in Committee as requested by the developers, seconded by T. <br />Morgan, and unanimously approved. <br />V. COMMi7NICATIONS: <br />No Items <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott presented the C. E. I. <br />lighting plans for the median strip on Country Club Blvd. and <br />advised that this was done at no cost to the City. This is for <br />the Commission's information only; no action is required. <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS: <br />No Items. <br />VIII. COMMITTEE REPORTS. <br />A committee will be formed to study parking ordinances. <br />IX. ADJOURNMENT: <br />B. Gorris moved to commend Mr. Ronald Bugala for his valuable <br />service to the Planning Commission, seconded by J. Prokasy, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />M.
