. <br />t ? A <br />ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF REVIEW NOVEMBER 17, 1980 PAGE 2 <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />Csapo Dental Laboratory, 25710 Lorain Rd. <br />Mr. T. Ziska, Architect, explained the plans for the renovation and <br />addition to an existing home to be used for a Dental Laboratory.:.arid <br />rental office space. The present structure will be brought up to <br />commercial code. The exterior will be brick and stucco with wood <br />trim. The rear of the present building will either be painted'brick <br />or stucco. The mechanical equipment will be located in the basement <br />and on the ground at the rear in the parking lot. The Board stated <br />that the plans were not detailed enough for final approval and must <br />be resubmitted. The parking lot should be redesigned so that there <br />is 90° parking, curbing should be placed along the drive to allow <br />for a buffer, and there should be less spaying at the entrance. <br />C. Petroski moved to approve the preliminary plans but the final <br />plans must be resubmitted to the Architectural Board of Review with <br />the following suggestions: 1) Mechanical equipment to be located on <br />the plans. 2) Plans to show how roof drains and gutters are to be <br />handled. 3) More detail to. be given on final materials. 4) Consider <br />revising west elevation of exterior house where new wall meets ex- <br />isting so that they match. 5) Redesign parking lot for 90° parking <br />• with curb along driveway. 6) Note on plans what materials are to be <br />used. 7) Exterior lighting to be shown on plans., seconded by M. <br />Case, and unanimously approved. <br />? <br />IV.
