Horvath and Mr. Sherman, new oun.ers of -che Salisbury house, <br />joinect the meeting. They i.nsormed the members of the work being done to restore this <br />historic house and the commission suppli.ed na.mes of persons and sources they may conta.ct <br />to assist them i:n -this restoration and research. <br />Correspondence: Approval from T)hr. Work wi_l be done by Gerald Dietrich. <br />(c) Pat Patton=nioved that we set asi.de 1200. for a slide,projector and a11 necessary <br />accessories for its flperatior_, iriotiion seconded by ltrlene Orzechoz.,rski and passed. <br />(d) Lots Van nuken made a motion that we set aside sufficient funds for one site marker <br />(Pa•rker Ranch). Motion was seconded by Pat Pa.tton and passed. Ohio N.istorical <br />Society tiliil be contac-ted for curfent priceo <br />(e) John Romano moved that we order 10 house plaques from Chanrption Ornamer_ta.l Castings <br />and the necessary d.ate strip to be ordered at 18.00 per strip at the time of plaque <br />presentation. Mflt?on was seconded by Lois Vaa.z Auken and caxried. <br />(f) Lois Va,n A.uken moved Vae order twO (2) La.ndmask designation plaques for the N.O. <br />Congregatz4nal Church and the N.O. Universa,Ast. Ghurch upon aprrova1 by Council <br />ancl confirmation of price from Champion Ornamental Castings. Iotion was secondecl <br />by T'lamie Albright and passed. <br />I,?ew Business: Betty Tord announced Chamber of Commerce is planning a bus tour of PTo•rth <br />Olmsted Sunday, Oct. 199 in coope•ratian with the Zandmarks Corrmission. Betty Lord & Pa. t <br />?atton to be nax-rai,ars & several members, to be at ^1own Na11. John Romano explained som.e of the ZJork accomplished in our axchives this sununer.
