All the members of the Board had seen
?the property. This is an extremely large lot and ajoins a golf course
to the rear. The present garage, which is to be demolished, is now on
the Golf Course property. C..Remmel moved to grant the 45' rear yard
variance and the Special Permit, seconded by W. Wasniak, and unanimously
approved. Variance and Special Permit granted.
11. est Shore Cable T. V. (Rear of North Olmsted Recreation Complex).
?equest for variance (1133.13). Request Special Permit to operate a
public service facility in a residential area. Violation of Ord. 62-33,
Section 1133.06 (B).
Chairman Ledvina called the principles from West Shore before the Board.
The oath was administered. The proposal was explained to the neighbors.
This facility will be located at least 300' from the rear lots on
Tallwood. There would be no interference with television or radio re-
ception. Ordinance 80-90 authorizing leasing the land to West Shore
Cable T.V. and the lease and Special Permit will be in effect for only
a year. At the end of the year it will be necessary to renegoiate the
lease and to return to the Board for another Special Permit. If the
neighbors find it to be objectional, they can voice their objections at
that time. One resident stated that she objected to using recreational
land for this purpose. C. Remmel moved to grant the Special Permit for
the one year period as covered under Ordinance 80-90 and as outline in
the sketch submitted in their application, seconded by L. Horvath, and
unanimously approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
«
D. Ledvina, Chairman B. Oring,Ul'tecording Secretary
