BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MAY 7, 1980 PAGE 2 <br />be removed by 12 midnight of the 3rd day, and that if the signs are <br />not removed at the end of the 3 day period that they can be confis- <br />cated by the City, seconded by id. Wasniak, and unanimously approved. <br />Varkance granted. <br />4. Dennis J. jdalsh, 5635 MacKen zie Rd. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request Special Permit to add to non- <br />conforming dwelling. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. The Special Permit is necessary due to a non- <br />conforming front set b ack. W. Wasniak move d to grant the Special <br />Permit, seconded by C. Remmel, and tmanimously approved.Special Permit <br />granted. <br />5. William Quayle, 24248 Ambour Dr. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to install 10' light <br />poles along side lot line with 3' fence, also request 6" height <br />variance for fence (or bushes) in front set back area. Violation of <br />Ord, 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. It was agreed by the Board that this was an <br />attractive idea. L. Horvath moved to grant the variances for the 10' <br />light poles with the condition that the poles be at least 12 ft. apart <br />and the 6" height variance would only be for a 2 rail split rail fence, <br />seconded by E. DeVoto, and unanimously approved. Variances granted. <br />6. Auto Service Protection, Inc., 28111 Lorain Rd., Rear. <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request variance to use portable <br />temporary sign. Violation of Ord. 62033, Section 1225.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. It was explained that a variance had been <br />granted on April 2, 1980 for the same location, however, that person <br />had not leased the property. This sign request has been amended to <br />request a 6 x 10' non-lighted sign. C. Remmel moved to grant the <br />temporary sign request with the condition that it is a non-illuminated <br />sign not to exceed 6 x 10ft and to be used only until permanent signs <br />can be installed or for a period not to exceed 90 days with the pro- <br />vision that if the sign is not removed at that time, the sign can be <br />confiscated by the City, seconded by 14. Wasniak, and unanimously <br />approved. Request granted. <br />7. Mark S. Wilson, 7011 Chadbourne Dr: <br />Request for variance (1133.13). Request 1' va riance for fence. <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. Also, request 3' 6" height <br />variance for portion of fence (8') in front set back (not 50% open). <br />Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested p arties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Ledvina pointed out that there is a pos- <br />sibility that at a later time Chadbourne Dr. could be extended into
