Aqpecial permit °is necessary in order to construct <br />the addition and expand the parking to 52 spaces (47 are required) o <br />The parking lot will be paved and landscaped. The neighbors viewed <br />the plans. There were complaints about traftic, lack of land- <br />scaping, dust, drainage, and a dangerous situation at the open <br />ditch. The dust will be eliminated wfLth the paving of the lot <br />and the traffic will not be increased significantly. They were <br />assured that the drainage would have to be approved by the Engi-. _ <br />neering Department so that no more water would run off than the <br />sewer can handle. The church is agreeable to landscaping at this <br />tims. D.
