ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman Bugala called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. <br />Present: T. Morgan, R. Perla, J. Prokasy, J. Roberts, J. Brown <br />and R. •Bugala <br />Absent: B. Gorris <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, Assistant City <br />Engineer D. McDermott, Assistant Law Director D. Ryan and <br />Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />R. Bugala corrected the Minutes of October 28 Under COMMUNICATIONS: <br />to read "...copies of survey to be used for his Long Range Planning <br />Committee. R. Perla moved to approve the Minutes of October 28, <br />1980 as corrected, seconded by T. Morgan, and unanimously approved. <br />III. BUILDING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />Csapo Dental Laboratory, 25710 Lorain Rd. <br />Mr. T. Ziska, Architect, explained the plan to renovate and add to <br />an existing home for a Dental Laboratory and.rental office space. <br />There will be 57 parking spaces and.only 47'are required. This <br />will be a 3 level building: the main level will be for the Dental <br />Lab, the lower level will be for the offices, and the upper level <br />will be for future expansion of the Laboratory. The existing <br />garage will be removed. J..Roberts moved to refer the Csapo Dental <br />Laboratory to the Architectural Board of Review, seconded by J. <br />Brown, and unanimously approved. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />Gerald Stringer,Subdivision. Location is the"riorth_side ot <br />Terrace brive at-Louann Dr. • <br />Assembly Plat showing the combining of parcel 235-10-32 with the <br />north abutting portion of former parcel.235-9-13. One (1) <br />sublot; zoning is "B", Single residence. <br />Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott presented the plans and ex- <br />plained that the City had requested a legal subdivision to join <br />the rear of the property to the front section. Both segments are <br />owned by Mr. Stringer. J. Prokasy moved to approve the Gerald <br />Stringer Subdivision, seconded by J. Roberts, and unanimously <br />approved.
