DeVoto, and L. Horvath <br />Also Present: Law Director M. Gareau, Buildi.ng Commissioner E. Gundy, <br />and Recording Secretary B. Oring. <br />Review and Corrections of. Minutes: <br />Case #3: App6lants name should be Fink. Case #5 Motion made by Mr. DeVoto <br />should read "to grant the variance and the special permit". Case #15 <br />should read"unanimously approved. Request deniede" <br />1. Ronald T. Kowalczyk, 25281 Fawn Dr., Request for variance (1133.13). <br />Request 2' height variance for fence already erectedm Building permit <br />had been issued for 4' fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33, Section 1151.04. <br />Ch airman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. Mr. Kowalczyk advised the Board that the 6t fence <br />was delivered in error, and that since there were other 6' fences in the <br />neighborhood they did not realize that there was an ordinance limiting the <br />height to 4Q . C. Remmel moved to reject the variance, seconded by L. <br />Horvath, .unanimously approved. Request denied. . <br />2. Thomas Mayne, 6056 Paisley Dr., Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />V height variance for fence already erected. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04. ' <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. This fence has already been constructed without <br />a pezmit, Mr. Mayne stated that he was not aware that a.permit was <br />required. E. DeVoto moved to reject the variance, seconded by C. Remmel, <br />and unanimously approved. Request deniedo <br />3. John Lehman, 6070 Paisley Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />1' height variance for fence already erented. Violation of Ord. 62-33, <br />Section 1151.04. <br />Chairman Ledvina called all interested parties before the Board. The <br />oath was administered. This fence has already been constructed without <br />a permit. Mr. Lehman explained that they had had a problem with neighbor- <br />hood teenagers cutting through his property, destroying toys and outdoor <br />equipment, and using profanity in repraisal for being stopped. He also <br />stated that he was not aware that a permit was needed. His neighbor, <br />Mr. Berma, stated that he had no objection to the fence. E. DeVoto moved <br />to reject the variance, seconded by C. Remmel, and unanimously approved. <br />Request denied.
