UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />(A) WALTER ZAREMBA - TOWN HOUSE LANDSCAPE PLAN - Maple Ridge at West 231 St. <br />A motion made by Parry that the screeniag area at the end of the parking <br />access drives be changed from the A- Forsythia, Viburnum to E- American <br />arborvitea and also extended north and south from the extension of the <br />parking garages and the trash receptacle area. Also whenever possible <br />any large trees outside of the construction area be saved. Seconded by <br />Mr. Williams and unanimously approved. <br />(B) GASTOWN - 26516 Lorain Rd. <br />A motion by Mr. Williams to approve the plans utilizing the face brick <br />as indicated on Sheet #S-7, changing the use of the Malus Floribunda <br />to Malus Jack or other upright plant, and the tree lawn between curb <br />and sidewalk be finished in green concrete. Seconded by Parry, and <br />unanimously approved. <br />(C) SAVE rLART - 24066 Lorain Rd. <br />Mr. Parry made a motion to approve the landscape plan as submitted. <br />Seconded by Mrs. Case and approved. Mr. Williams abstained. <br />Shell Oil wi11 be permitted to proceed with construction subject to submission <br />of landscape plan. <br />VI.
