Realignment of 3 parcels (231-19-11, 231-19-12, and 231-32-1) located between Columbia Road and Root Road, and incl!udes proposed Gessner Road extension west beyond Root Road. Assistant City Engineer D. McDermott advised that revised im- provement plans had just been received and the Engineering Department still had to review them so that they would be submitted at a later meeting. The Final Plat is exactly the same as the Preliminary Plat. The plans were explained to new residents in the neighborhood. J. Roberts moved to approve Rosewood Estates, seconded by J. Brown, and Lmanimously approved. V. COMMUNICATIONS: Ordinance 79-153 received regarding Vacation of a portion of Maple Ridge Road on the west of West 231 Street situated between Permanent Parcel Nos. 231-15-9 on the north and 231-15-10 on the south. B. Gorris moved to place Ordinance 79-153 on the Planning Commission Agenda for November 27, 1979 and go through the due process of notification, seconded by J. Prokasy, and unani- mously approved. VI. NEW BUSINESS: No Items VII. OLD BUSINESS: No Items VIII. COMNaTTEE REPORTS: Sign Committee - this committee met with the Long Range Planning Committee of Council on November 12, 1979. IX.
