Bugala and Ohman. / <br />hlso Present: Building Commissioner Gundy, City Erigineer Zurawski and <br />Recording Secretary Hodgins. II. Review and Correction of Minutes <br />i <br />Mr. Bugala moved to approve minutes of Apri•1 11, 1978 as submitted. Mr. <br />Ohman seconded, and motion passedo / <br />; <br />,TII.. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Minotti's Beverage and Office Building - Lorain & Dover <br />Mr. Fauver and Mr. Grifori,,'representing Minotti Beverage as- <br />sembled before the Commission. Mr. Gundy presented plans and <br />minutes of April 17, 1978'Architectural Review Board meeting <br />were reviewed. Lenthy,discussion was held. During discussion <br />it was found one set oT plans includes gesoline tanks and pumps. <br />Commissioners found inclusion of the pumps in plans would re- <br />strict the flow of//t'raffic through the property which was de- <br />signed for one way traffic. Mr.. Rafeld moved to approve the <br />topograph survey/dated April 17, 1978 which includes 28 parking <br />spaces and no ?asoline pumps; and the site plans dated Apri1 25 <br />1978 for landscaping only (excluding gasoline pumps); and the <br />site plans dated April 17, 1978 with the recommendation condi- <br />tions in Item 3 from Architectural Review Board minutes of Apr- <br />il 17, 1978. Mr. Ohman seconded, and motion passed. <br />(b) Fragapane Bakery and Office Building <br />Pla-ns were presented by Mr. Gundya No representat,ive came for- <br />wa/rd. After discussion and study of plans Mr e'Bugala moved to <br />approve plans for Fragapane Bakery with inclusion of recommen- <br />dation of Architectural Review Board on revised site plans dat- <br />ed April 17, 1978 by the same Board to redesign parking as des- <br />cribed in Ttems 1 and 2(to moved 2 westerly parking spaces <br />from middle row to location where a Lorain Road exit was marked <br />- this exit is to be eliminated) thus creating a U shaped park, <br />ing flow in the parking area. No sinage was presented and if <br />any sinage should be created in the future it must be brought <br />before Planning Commission for approvalo Mro Ryan seconded, <br />and motion passed. <br />IV.
