Chairman Rafeld, Mrs. <br />Brown and Messrs. Bugala, Ohman and Prokasye <br />Also Present: Law Director Gareau9 As:°-'_;tant City Engineer McDermott,and <br />Recording Secreta.-y Hodgins. <br />TIa Review and Correction of Minutes <br />Mro Ohman moved to postpone review of minutes of April 25, 1978 due to o- <br />mission in same. N1rs. Brown seconded, and mo-tion passed. <br />III.. Mr. Rafald moved to amend the agenda to include acceptance of petition <br />regarding the vacating of paper street named Robinson Rda at this time. <br />Mro Bugala seconded and motion passedo <br />Mrs. Margaret Borges, 23910 Vincent 1}r. presented the signed petitione <br />She ana naighbo,:s are seeking recommendation and investigation as to whe- <br />ther the street can or cannot be vacated. After short discussion Mr. Oh- <br />man moved item be heJ_d in committee for verification by Engineering Dept. <br />Reply to be in writing. Mrs. Brown seconded, and motion passedo <br />III. Building Department requests- No Items <br />Ne (a) Groveland Gardens #3 Subdivision - realignment of two parcels South <br />corner area Lorain and Bentley. <br />Mr. MeDermott distributed location maps and plats showing current <br />subdivision dated June 27, 1977• Martin Liston, owner of the proper- <br />ty, came before the Commission. After discussion Mr. Prokasy moved <br />to appro•cre Groveland Garden Subdivision #3 as presented. Mrs. Brown <br />seconded, and motion passedo <br />(b) Diversified Ltd. - Request for rezoning from residential to commer- <br />cial South of I-480 tidest of proposed relocated S. R. 252 and North <br />of Butternut Ridge Rd, Permanent Parcel '1Voso 236-11-18 and 10 and <br />part of 236-11-9 and part of 236-11-11. <br />Preliminary site plans were distributed by Engineer McDermott.Nick <br />Divito and Carl Badowski, representing the developer, made the pre- <br />sentationm Area is approximately 22 acres. Retail development is <br />planned, but must await construction of proposed S. R. 252. Discus- <br />sion ensued.. Mr. Ohman moved to refer Diversified Ltd. plan to <br />committee and to reqLtest an anaiysis from Regional Planning Commis- <br />sion.- Mrs. Brown seconded, and motion passed. <br />V.
