Ackley second- <br />ed and motion passedo <br />Continuan;;e of haaring of Neff & Assoco, Inco Dev, Co., 6415 Stumph RdoParma <br />Htsa, L4130 request fo-r variance (1133,13), Requeat for variance for less than <br />50 ft. for general business at Lorain and Bentleyo Violation of Ordo 62-33 <br />Section 1141.04 of Ord, 62-33. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Boarde The oath was administeredo i'7ra Gundy had studied <br />merits of the case and feels that there is not provided in the code use in <br />this zoning district for day care center for profit. Therefore, the variance <br />request is as originally stated - must have 50 ft. frontage on either Brook- <br />park or Zoraino There followed discussion regarding subd3,vision of the prop- <br />ertyo City Engineer Zurawski was called from another meeting. More documents <br />are needed. Case to be continued later in this meetingo <br />1,1. James K. Moody, 5693 Decker Rd. Request for variance (1133,13). Request for <br />2 ft, height variance for fence. Violation of Orde 62-33 Section 115100?. <br />Chairman Ledvina requested the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. The oath was administered. Modified plan was <br />studied. Letter was presented from neighbor to the rear stating no objection. <br />A large long privacy screen is plannedo Mr. Remmel moved to reject the ap- <br />peal. Nlotion died for l.ack of a seconda Mr. Ackley moved to grant the re- <br />quest. Mr, Ledvina seconded the motiona Roll Call on motion: Messrs. Addition is to be on <br />north side of property to allow fcr a structure - a home 'i&iorkshop.
