City of North Olmstecl, <br />? <br />BOARD OF ZOIdING A PPEALS <br />Dec. 7, 1977 <br />Chairman Ledvina called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />Present: Chairman Ledvina, inessrs. Huntington, Remmel, Ackley and Prati. <br />Also Present: Building Commissioner C'xund,y, Law Director Gareau, Recording <br />Secretary Hodgins and Councilman Wilamosky. <br />Minutes of Nov. 2 meeting were corrected as follows: Item !i. xddition to <br />be S fto on rear of garage. Mr. Remmel moved to accept minutes as correct- <br />ed. 14rr. Huntington seconded and motion passed. <br />1. Gleveland Trust, 26091 Brookpark Rd., Great 1lorthern Shopping Center. <br />Request for variance (1133e13). Request for single face internal il- <br />luminate business identiiication wall sign for logo larger than message <br />on sign. (Ord. 1221.01 (B)) (Planning Commission I"Lin.9_27°77 III (b)), <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicants and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. All hitnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. <br />After short discussion the Chair ruled the Zoning Board has no jurisdiction <br />in this matter. <br />2. Raymond J. tiletsch, 5115 Devon Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request <br />for 21 in, side yard variance for construction of fireplace. Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1161.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina invitEd the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. ?11 witnesses, before testifying, were sAlorn <br />in. Plans were examined. It was found two variances are needed - total <br />side yard variance as well as the 21 in. variance on one eide. Mr. Prati <br />moved to approve both variances. I?'ire Ackley seconded and motion passed. <br />3. Shell Oil Company - Ulithdrawn <br />1?. Ronald J. Tallon, Sr., Karen A. Tallon, 275b8 Laurell Lane. Request.for <br />variance (1133.13). Request for 1 ft. sid.eline variance for. fireplace <br />Chimney. Violation of Ord, 62-33 Section 1161e01. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and allother interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board.
