Tt was ].earned from legal counsel for the appel].ant that there exists <br />the possibila.ty of acquir3ng L::; additional adjoining parcel. After discus- <br />sion Mr. 'Ledvi.na moved that the Foa.vd of Zoning Appeals grant 13 ft. vari- <br />ance from 50 ft e requixed an Lorain Rd. (by permitting a 37 ft.,frontage on <br />Lorain. Rd,) as required by Ord. 62-33 Section 11it1.04 with proviso that there <br />be no rre=:.-as of vehicular ingress or• egress from Bentley Ur. This Board also <br />requ:i.i°;,;: that .titZe be obtained for this parcel and it is not acceptable to <br />have merely an easement. Mr: Huntington seconded, and motion passed. <br />10. Dary1 L. Whitebeck, 4$36 Fleharty Rd. Request for variance (1133•13). Re- <br />quests for 3 ft. variance for distance between house and garage and 8 ft. ' <br />rear yard variance. Violation of Or.d. 75-117. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. A1l witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. <br />Request is for 15 ft. rear yard variance and 3 ft. side yard variance for ex- <br />isting tool shed. Mr. Ledvina mo.ved to allow the variance. Request for variance (1133.13)•Request <br />for special permission to add fireplace to non conforming dwellinge Special <br />permission required by Ord. 62-33 Section 3231.02. Also, request for addi- <br />tional 2 ft. side yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159.02. <br />Cha3rman Ledvina invited the applicant and a11 other interested gersons to <br />assemble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. <br />Plans were explained and examined: Mr. Huntington moved to grant special <br />permit to add to non-conforming dwelling and to grant 2 ft. side yard vari- <br />ance.
