Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1151s0b (C)e Also request to add to non-conSorrning <br />dwelling. Special permission required by Orde 62-33 Section 1231.02. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were Sk•Orn <br />in. Revised plans were er.plained. After discussion Mr. Remmel moved to <br />reject-the requests for variances. 2ire rrati seconded, and motion passed. <br />Requests denied. <br />5. Leon L. Richmond, 5359 Burns Rd. Fequest for variance (1133e13). Request <br />for vcriance of 2 ft. for height of fenceo Violation of Ord. 62-33 Sec- <br />tion 1151.0L. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other inter2sted persons to <br />assemble before the Boardo Al1 witnesses, before testifying, ti:ere sworn in. <br />Plans and location of fence were discussed. Tir. Remmel moved to reject the <br />requ2sto Mr. Huntington seconded, and mation passed, Request denied. <br />6. Robert A. Benko, 5692 Porter Rd. Request for variance. Request for b ft. <br />height variance for fence. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1151.0h. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. <br />Case and appeal were read by Chairman Ledvina. There kas discussion of <br />height of fence and decorative plans for yard. I4r. Request for variznce (1133.13). Re- <br />quPEt for perrnission to add to non-conforming. Speci2l permission requir- <br />ed by Ord. 62-113 Section 1231.02. Also reouest for sideline variance.Vio- <br />lation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1161.01. <br />Chairrnan Ledvina invited the anplicant and all other interested persons to <br />assErrible before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn <br />in. Front setback is 150 ft. 2L: ft. x0 ft. addition is planned with one <br />corner of wall on property line. 2•1r. Huntington moved the request for spe- <br />cial permit for addition be granted; but to deny request for sideline vari- <br />ance. Nir. Rerunel seconded and motion passed. <br />9. Zouis L. Collura, 2L693 Lorain Rd. Request for variance (1133.13)..Request <br />for front setback variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to <br />assemble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn <br />in. After discussion of the case Ns. Huntington moved to deny the requeEt. <br />Pr. Remmel seconded, and motion passed. Request denied.
