Violation of Orde 62-33 Sec- <br />tion 1151.0L. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. All witnesses, be£ore testifying, were <br />sworn in. I'firso Dittebrand was represented by a person from the fence <br />company. Two neighbors object to 52 ft. of high fence as you face the <br />house. After further discussion Nxr. Huntington moued to grant variance <br />for 95/%? visibility fence. Mro Remmel seconded, and motion passed. <br />23. George Shaughnessy, 1?268 Clague ?.d. Reouest for variance (1133.13). <br />Request for height variance for fence. Violation of Ordo 62-33 Section <br />1151.04 and violation of Ord. 1321.01 (m) (permit required). <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. Request for 10 ft. front setback variance <br />for lot between 2b275 Elm Rd. & 2h239 E1m xa. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1159.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons <br />to assemble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were <br />sworn in. Plans viere shown and were completely different from earlier <br />ones. After discussion Nir.
