Building Com.missioner <br />Gundy read Ordo 62-33 Section 1233.01 (C): After further discussion Mr. Remmel <br />moved to grant the variances as requested. R <br />Y? equest for variance (1133•13) <br />Request for buffer strip variance for Carlton Place (#9 Trotwood). Violation of <br />Ord. 62-33 Section 1163.01. <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to assem- <br />ble before the Board. Chairman Ledvina reviewed property zoning and buffer strip <br />variance requests through Sept. of 1975. At that time ?6 dwellings were planned,. <br />now 84 rental suites are to abut residential in present plan. All Witnesses, be- <br />fore testifying, were sworn in. Representatives of all abutting lots on Mastick <br />Rd. were present; and Clague Rd. residents are also opposed to the variance. Af- <br />ter discussion Nm. Huntington moved to deny the requesto Mro Remme-1 seconded, and <br />motion passed. Request denied. <br />1,13. John ;'. Smith <br />• , 23496 Stoneybrook Dr. Request for variance (1133.13). Request for <br />24 ft. rear yard variance. Violation of Ord. 62-33 Section 1161.01. <br />Chairman Zedvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to assem- <br />ble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. Request <br />was reduced from 21? ft. variance to 18 ft: varianee for building of family roomf <br />_ Neighbors present have no objections. After discusSion N?r. Remmel moved to grant <br />variance of 18 ft. for rear yard, for construction of addition. Mr. Huntington <br />seconded the motion. Roll Call:. Mr. Remmel, yes; Messrs. Ledvina and Huntington, <br />no. Request denied.
