Special per- <br />mission required by Orda 62-33 Section 1231,02, <br />Chairman Ledvina invited the applicant and all other interested persons to as- <br />semble before the Board. All witnesses, before testifying, were sworn in. It <br />was determined the non-conformance is due to 5 ft. variance on front setback. <br />Mr. Remmel moved to grant request for special permit to build addition to non- <br />conforming dwelling, seconded by Mr. Huntingtona Roll Call on motion: all <br />members voted yes. Request granted.
